Here comes tutorial 3 - Make things move and interact with Events. This tells you how to make objects respond to events.

I have also grouped my tutorials in a simple website for faster reference.
I hope my tutorials can help you guys to start coding AS 3. Everyone is new to AS 3 and maybe professionals only have several months more experience in it than you do. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any problems or suggestions and we may discuss together
Thanks for these - they really are helpful coming from an AS2 background and wondering where to begin with AS3!

Keep em coming!
Cheers
Any particular reason for not using the ClassName style naming convention for classes?
Thanks for the tutorials - look forward to seeing more!

Comment by jFlashGuy — July 12, 2006 @ 10:24 pmThese are excellent, (not to mention pretty much the only AS3 Tutorials that work). Can you explain the difference between subclassing MovieClip or Sprite for your main document class? I know a MovieClip has a timeline and Sprites don’t, but are there any other differences?
I don know but why i don find such informative and profitable blogs so
often,I suspect blogging world is becoming so small that we cant find such
lucrative blogs like this one.
